GeoHistory Courses & Tours go far beyond typical field trips and tours. Participants learn about the natural, historical and economic aspects of what they are seeing, all while enjoying the natural wonders of dynamic Southern Alberta and British Columbia. GeoHistory Inc. offers a number of single day excursions from Calgary and Victoria. Our Oil and Gas Essentials Field Course is part of the internal training program for several oil and gas organizations. All of our courses and tours are led by a Professional Geologist and/or Professional Engineer. With their practical expertise in geology, engineering, geophysics, finance, etc. and extensive knowledge of local natural, cultural and historical events, our leaders ensure that participants receive a unique learning experience, unattainable elsewhere.
